After putting out a request to several different companies, he was the first to reach out and we were able to set up a consultation within the same week. When arriving he brought several samples from different companies to go over. What I appreciated the most is that he was very informative and transparent about the quality and prices of the different blinds. He took measurements of all our windows and a couple doors. We weren’t quite sure of what we wanted, but he was kind enough to give us different quotes depending on our needs and the different products we were thinking about purchasing. We waited a couple weeks to think it over and shop around, but ultimately we decided on River City Blinds because of Justin’s great customer service and his transparency. Yesterday, we got our blinds installed by Connor. He was a pleasure to work with as well. He worked quickly and showed us how to use and care for our blinds.
