Justin is great. He is professional, courteous, timely, and an overall nice guy to chat with. His prices are great and he doesn't bs you at all. I love his transparency and honesty. The installation of the blinds went smoothly, too! River City Blinds is the company to go with out of all options you have. You won't regret it and will be extremely happy with the end results! We got blinds and shutters... absolutely spectacular!

Justin is professional, timely, and honest. I rarely trust people selling things like this and always approach them with a critical eye and Justin just blew me away. I love his price point with the blinds I got and I will be getting shutters from him, too. He did a great job putting the blinds in and did all of his work with patience and precision. I called Justin and he was able to come do a measurement the next day. He was very friendly and courteous and was done really quickly. He made a suggestion on the type of blinds we should use and we went with his recommendation. We made a 50% online payment and he said the blinds should be ready the following week. On Monday Justin called to say the blinds were in and he installed them two days later. They are perfect! I would recommend Justin for his outstanding customer service but also his prices were well below other competitors.

Justin was great to work with. Super friendly & helpful. His availability to come to our home and sample product was ideal for us b/c we weren't able to break way during the week 8-5, set up appt, and go into a location... as a competitor of his only offered. He talked us through the various companies & product that were available, and he was patient with us as we went back & forth on what we preferred. From time of order to install was a little over 2 weeks which I thought was very quick considering COVID shipping delays and scheduling. Everything turned out great and we're very happy with our Norman shades look. Especially the top-down, bottom-up feature we went with. I love supporting a small/growing business that can give you everything a bigger company does. Highly recommend!
